The Board of Directors serves as the governing body of the LHA. The Board consists of nine elected Directors, who each serve a three-year term, and three Alternates, who each serve a one-year term. The Board is responsible for establishing policy for the LHA, and to approve and sanction such events and functions as deemed appropriate.
